Kumihimo Necklace
Randi Samuels
All levels
Kumihimo is a Japanese braiding technique for making cording. It is easy to learn, relaxing, and be warned.... it can be addictive! It is very flexible - you can use thin cord, heavy yarns, silk ribbons, or even leather. Although fiber will be provided, you can bring your own. You will learn how to incorporate a focal bead, create simple patterns, and finish the ends (NOTE: focal bead, end caps/cones, and clasp are NOT included in kit fee).
(KIT FEE ($12) includes Kumi disk, spools, clasp weight, 8 yards fiber. I will also have some end caps/cones available)
